Before you register the class, you must self-examine the following conditions:
1 / You are in good health, 2 / No any of the symptoms of COVID-19 , 3 / You / Family / Domestic helper / Relatives / Co-workers have not left Hong Kong within 21 days before Or there was no contact with the COVID-19-patient.
If any of the above does not match, please sign up class later for the safety sake.
On the day of attendance, the body temperature will be checked. If there is a fever or any discomfort, we will refuse to carry out the activity.

EFR (Emergency First Response) is an internationally recognized CPR and emergency training organization.
EFR training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness
to respond when faced with a medical emergency.   |
Aims Knowing the emergency procedures, such as CPR and AED, gives you more confidence in dealing with emergency medical emergencies, not just for the case in freediving, 
it can also handle sudden unexpected accidents in your (family) daily life.

Fee ︰$1500 (non member）$1200 (HKFDA member) 
Requirement ： 18 age or above
Remarks ： The Fee is included manuel, exam and EFR E-card for CPR/First Aid/Care for adult.  If need additional E-card for CPR/First Aid/Care for Children, need extra HKD500 costs and inform in advance.

3. Deadlne is 3 days proir to the event date. 
4. After payment, we will not accept cancellation or change date/event.
5. If less then 4 participants，the event will be extended to next session. We will send email for notice.
6. Exam day will be in seperate date
