Based on buddy practice to switch with doing safety, this training group can do

- Dynamic 
- CO2 tolorence Training
- Max training

Date: Apr 11, 25 (Thur)
Time: 8:00-10:00 PM（25m lane)
Place: B2, 10 Shung King St, Whampoa Garden, Kowloon (at the end of the boat)

Fee： HKD300 single session, please bring your weight 

Requirements： HKFDA member ( min can do 50m Dyn)

Application method：
1. Fill in and send the below form. After checking the availability, we will send an email for payment requesting.
2. Please write all your selected date of the pool at column "THEORY LESSON DATE / GROUP NAME".  (For example 4/4, 11/4, 18/4, 28/4) 
3. Payment to HSBC 656-029196-292
4. Your Full name, telephone number, bank receipt email to course@freediving.org.hk.
5. Deadline for payment of confirmation is 1 week proir to the event date. After payment, we will not accept cancellation or change date/event.

Remarks：
1/  Please bring your own gear wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins and weight.
2/  If you need cancel and switch the one of pool session, please send Email  at least 24 hours prior to the activity date for our record. You can select another date within the same month for replenishment and do not allow bring forward to next Month. If you absent on the event date without doctor proof, the pool session will be deducted & non-refundable.    
3/  Booking and payment in advance. Walkin are not accepted. 
4/  Subject to last minute changes, We will not inform everyone individually. 
5/ After payment, we will not accept cancellation, change date/event, non-refunable and non-transferable.
